Yesterday was a landmark day in Wythe County as both Traeger Grills and Musser Biomass and Lumber cut ribbons on new projects in Wythe County VA. We welcome Traeger and its newest state of the art hardwood pellet mill to Southwest Virginia. We also congratulate the Mussers on their newest significant expansion in the Rural Retreat community including the addition of a cutting edge biomass processing and drying facility. We were pleased to support both projects as they came about along with our partners from the County and from Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.Pictured clockwise from upper left: Phil Poel of Traeger, Musser Biomass and Lumber’s efficient and eco-friendly drying equipment, Ed Musser in front of locally sourced raw material, Ben Saksa, Traeger’s head of pellet manufacturing. #traegernation #traegergrills #veda #econdev #goveda
