The Joint IDA organizes an annual golf event in recognition of Wythe County industries and the contributions they make to the community’s local economy and quality of life. Industry Appreciation Day will be Thursday, May 18th, 2023, beginning at 11am. The event will include lunch, a golf tournament during the afternoon, and a reception in the evening at the Wytheville Golf Club. There are multiple ways you can participate:

For those manufacturers who have corporate offices outside of the Wytheville area, please consider inviting some of your company management or valued customers to join you for the appreciation golf tournament.

The support of our sponsors helps make the Industry Appreciation Golf Tournament possible. Being a sponsor provides your organization with an opportunity to join us in saluting our local industry and connect with business leaders. Your consideration is greatly appreciated. There are many levels of sponsorship from which to choose:
HOLE IN ONE SPONSOR – A contribution of $2,000 (Includes 2 team registrations, logos on digital publicity, sponsor announcement, signage at lunch, reception, and on the golf course)
EAGLE SPONSOR – A contribution of $1,000 (Includes 1 team registration, logos on digital publicity, sponsor announcement, signage at lunch, reception, and on the golf course)
LUNCH SPONSOR – A contribution of $750 or more (Includes logos on digital publicity, sponsor announcement at lunch, and signage at lunch)
BIRDIE SPONSOR – A contribution of $500 or more (Includes logos on digital publicity, sponsor announcement, and signage on the golf course)
RECEPTION SPONSOR – A contribution of $200 or more (Includes signage at the reception and sponsor announcement at reception)
HOLE SPONSOR – A contribution of $100 or more (Includes signage on the golf course)
DONATE A PRIZE
Each year we award prizes for contests (e.g., longest drive; closest to the pin; longest putt), as well as door prizes and grab bags. We ask you to consider donating a gift certificate/card or other prize(s) you deem appropriate. In the past, gift certificates have been very popular and well-received. If you wish to make a donation, please give us a call. We will be happy to pick it up at your convenience.
